    This mcolls is an absolute shambles of a store. The 4-5 ladies that work in there are the most rude & unprofessional people I have ever come across in my life. They always stand outside smoking leaving the shop empty & customers waiting, they always open up late & close early, they are rude to customers & today one of them was walking around the shop in uniform eating a big mc meal! I get it’s just a small shop but surely there should be fine standards in there! Is there any managers around? Anywhere to formally complain
